Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking an Expert Targeting Analyst in Springfield VA.
Clearance – Active TS/SCI security clearance
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of Intelligence experience, master’s degree plus 5 years Intelligence experience, or
completion of Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school plus 15
years intelligence experience.
• Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
• Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic
techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
• Expert level research and writing skills.
• Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
• Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
• Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
• Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
Preferred requirements:
• GPC-II Imagery Certification
• Experience with commercial visualization software
• Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
• Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums.
• Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school
