Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking a Program Manager located in the Metro DC Area.

Clearance – Active TS/SCI with Q security clearance and CI poly

Duties:

Serve as Program Manager; specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to:

• Manage overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the Counterintelligence Noble Directorate requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Project analysis, planning, and implementation.
• Support the overall contract plan by monitoring project team performance and outcomes relative to established tasks goals/measurements.
• Liaison with Contracting Officer’s Representative and other corporate DOE-IN staff.
• Prepare contract deliverables and detailed reports.
• Complete logistical contract actions, such as contractor travel, training, time and attendance and personnel actions

Experience Requirements:
• Individuals must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management with projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Individual must have demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight
deadlines.
• (The individual must demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the US Intelligence Community (USIC), specifically
related to the counterintelligence mission.
• Understanding all aspects of the intelligence cycle is required, as is knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures governing the intelligence community.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.

Education Requirements:

• Position requires an individual to have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business or Public Administration. A master’s degree in business or
public administration is highly desirable.

NOTE: If annotated in the position description, education requirements may be substituted at a rate of one additional year of relevant experience for each year of higher learning. As an example: a bachelor’s degree may be substituted for four additional years of relevant experience. COR pre-approval is required.
