Job Description

The Contractor shall provide the following Partnership Development and Integration support to include:

  • Collaborate with USCYBERCOM J-Directorates and outside stakeholders to develop USCYBERCOM integration support/theater security cooperation objectives and tasks in support of respective Geographic CCMDs’ Theater Campaign Plans.• Directly support deliberate planning efforts in the development of command campaign plans to ensure those plans integrate USCYBERCOM forces, resources, and funding for theater security cooperation activities in coordination with the geographic CCMDs, their Service components, international organizations and, when appropriate, the affected security cooperation organizations.• Draft decision memos, briefing papers, and other papers on these topics in preparation for meetings, and briefing senior leaders.• Support USCYBERCOM International Partnership action officers for their region of responsibility, maintaining awareness of theater security cooperation-related issues (e.g., cyberspace security, strategy, policy, exercises, plans, force development, and capabilities); report in writing significant developments to office and Command leadership, as well as share with DoD colleagues when directed.• Support USCYBERCOM integration support/theater security cooperation activities, as directed, by organizing and participating in engagement activities that further DoD goals and objectives with other CCMDs and international partners.• Provide training, exercises, outreach, technical assistance, and general program support to stakeholders to synchronize DoD cyberspace integration support engagements in support of geographic CCMD’s objectives in foreign partner development.• Coordinate and make recommendations to Government leadership on integration support process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the Command’s integration/theater security cooperation efforts.

 

Job Qualifications:

Education:• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.

Experience:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the identified area of expertise.
