Job Description:
The Contractor shall provide the following Partnerships Development and Engagement – International support:
- Serve as action officers for a specified region of responsibility, maintaining awareness of issues related to cyberspace security, strategy, policy, doctrine, plans, force development, and capabilities; report in writing significant developments to office and Command leadership as well as share with DoD and interagency colleagues when directed. b) Draft decision memos, briefing papers, and other papers on these topics in preparation for inter-agency and international meetings, and brief senior leaders.
- Support USCYBERCOM partner development activities by organizing and participating in engagement activities that further DoD goals and objectives with international partners as directed.
- Collaborate with USCYBERCOM J-Directorates and outside stakeholders to develop USCYBERCOM international partnerships and policy recommendations.
- Research and recommend policy changes to further DoD cyberspace international engagements.
- Provide training, outreach, technical assistance, and general program support to stakeholders to synchronize DoD cyberspace international security cooperation activities in support of cyber operations.
- Coordinate and make recommendations to government leadership on international partnerships process changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness as well as on new product/service offerings to enhance support to the Command’s international partnerships.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the identified area of expertise
