Cyntel Technologies is currently recruiting for a All-Source Intelligence Analyst (All Levels) to support a client located in Tampa, Florida. This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to attain a CI Poly.
Job Description:
- Contractor personnel shall produce intelligence products associated with researching, analyzing and evaluation of a subject, they shall conduct initial internal researches utilizing a variety of all-source intelligence databases to obtain, interpret, compile and integrate data to support the development of intelligence reports
- Contractor personnel shall assist in preparing studies, publications, briefings, and the tracking of requirements via the chain of command
- Contractor personnel shall coordinate intelligence production requirements for national level customers, unified commands and services to support policymakers, joint acquisition community members, the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), allied forces and others, as required, utilizing requirements management systems
- Contractor personnel shall assist in identifying potential high interest intelligence data through extensive data mining of intelligence community websites and open source materials
- Contractor personnel shall prepares Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) periodically or as required based on incidents or circumstances
- Contractor personnel shall participate in coordinating, monitoring and integrating intelligence while ensuring timely, comprehensive and accurate responses. Identifies intelligence information disparities, specify collection requirements to fill the gaps in information, evaluate resulting intelligence collected in response to the modification to collection and determine the best analytical approach for future collection. Based on Intelligence collected, develop and project data used to draw conclusions and estimate probabilities based on historical and current collection data
- Contractor personnel shall research, analyze and produce a full range of all-source intelligence products focusing on foreign military and political influences and developments in an assigned foreign country/region for policy makers and operators
- Contractor personnel shall identify significant trends within assigned subject-matter area and propose new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet customer requirements
- Contractor personnel shall perform database analysis focused on developing, categorizing, sorting, filing data for papers, slides, graphs and reports supporting government analysis
- Contractor personnel shall focus on pre-operational indicators of insurgent group activity and perform detailed modis operandi analysis
- Contractor personnel shall conduct initial internal researches utilizing a variety of all-source intelligence databases to obtain, interpret, compile and integrate data to support the development of intelligence reports
- Contractor personnel shall conduct all-source research and analysis across the intelligence disciplines, with primary focus on air, naval, ground, Political and Economic (P&E), missile, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD)
Requirements:
Junior Level
- Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 yrs intelligence analysis experience, or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or equivalent Intelligence/Academic experience
- Junior level personnel work semi-independently with frequent government oversight. Provides completed products that may require multiple significant revisions and/or editing.
Mid Level
- Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree, or, specialized training & 4-6 yrs intelligence analysis experience, or 6-8 years of military intelligence experience, or equivalent Intelligence/Academic experience
- Mid level personnel work independently with moderate government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
Senior Level
- Bachelor or Masters Degree with 8+ yrs of intelligence analysis experience, or specialized training & 10+ yrs of intelligence analysis experience, or equivalent intelligence/academic experience, or credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in a relevant field.
- Sr Level personnel work independently with minimal government oversight. Provides thorough and completed products that may require minor revisions and/or editing.
