Cyntel Technologies has an immediate need for Senior-Level Counterterrorism (CT) Analysts to support a Government customer with DIA specific intelligence products. Analysts will use All Source tools and methodologies to conduct research and analysis of threat network data, produce finished intelligence, populate various databases, and disseminate a broad array of intelligence products dealing with terrorist personalities, and facilities. Successful candidates will provide counterterrorism analytical support to the production of finished intelligence products to include, but not limited to, standard DIA production lines (DID,DI-Long etc.), NCTC product lines (NTB, Current WIRE etc.) and MS PowerPoint briefings related to National Terrorist Watch listing or DoD collected tactical intelligence on transnational terrorism.

Requirements:

Qualified Candidates must possess the following criteria in order to be considered:

  • Must possess a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET Security Clearance, with SCI access or eligibility to be read on to SCI immediately
  • Must be willing to undergo a CI Polygraph (and obtain one)
  • Must have A Bachelor or Masters Degree with 8 or more years of Intelligence Analysis experience OR no degree but possessing specialized training AND 10 or more years of Intelligence Analysis experience, OR equivalent intelligence/academic experience
  • Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field
  • Must be able to produce Analytical products with minimal supervision and minimal revisions/editing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counterterrorism analytical support, producing finished intelligence products to include, but not limited to, standard DIA production lines (DID,DI-Long etc.), NCTC product lines (NTB, Current WIRE etc.), and briefings
  • Provide critical analytical support to DCTC, DIA, and interagency efforts supporting special operations and conventional activities – including deployed, detailed, and TDY support to Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), partner nations, and both National and DOD/COCOM level planning efforts
  • Conduct open source and classified research, network nodal analysis, and predictive analysis
  • Develop and provide expertise on a variety of threat networks
  • Fuse OSINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and other information sources into comprehensive multi-intelligence source analysis
  • Monitor the evolution and migration of tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), events, and other trends across regions and groups
  • Gain deep situational understanding, conduct critical factors/systems analysis, make recommendations in support of targeting and operational planning, and create target packages.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with IC, DoD, and other Coalition partners to ensure maximum synergy and efficiency of effort
  • Support DoD collectors in the field. Identify intelligence gaps, interpret and evaluate information from multiple information sources, create collection requirements
  • Producing finished intelligence products to include, but not limited to, standard DIA product lines, NCTC product lines, and briefings to tactically, operationally, and strategically oriented customers

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • CT analytical experience. CT experience in a variety of AORs or otherwise tracking or targeting threat networks.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, including outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of all-source data sources and analysis.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Windows operating environments.
  • BA or MA in Political Science, Economics, History, International Affairs, or Security Affairs. Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic, or one of the Gulf Dialects of Arabic.
  • Experience working with DIA.
  • Knowledge of DCTC analytic and production standards.

Travel:

  • Analysts may be required to travel within CONUS, and, on a very limited basis, worldwide, in support of the DCTC mission. Locations will be determined by mission requirements.

Deployment:

  • This position may require deployment for periods of up to 179 days, to OCONUS locations, including the CENTCOM Theater of Operations. Successful applicants must be willing to deploy to live and work in a potentially hostile environment designated by the Government as an Imminent Danger Zone or Hostile Fire Zone.
